EWR-TD03 New 2-in-1 Bus Wheelchair Ramp

The new EWR-TD03 manual and automatic 2-in-1 wheelchair ramp is mainly used in urban low-floor buses. The ramp is installed under the floor, which can facilitate wheelchair passengers to get on and off the bus without affecting other passengers and taking up space in the bus. This product combines the flip plate and the telescopic plate into one. The upper end is a manual flip plate, flush with the bus floor; the lower end is a manual/electric telescopic plate controlled by a standard button switch (installed on the instrument panel). Customers can choose between the two according to the usage scenario. The ramp is made of aluminum, honeycomb aluminum plate, and stainless steel, with lightweight and strong anti-corrosion performance; the surface is anti-slip treated, and has functions such as stopping when encountering obstacles, gravity sensing, and manual emergency, and also meets the requirements of the “GB-13094-2017 Passenger Bus Structural Safety Requirements” standard.

Main Functions

• Platform anti-slip
  The surfaces of the telescopic guide and the flip guide are both made of 3M black anti-slip stickers, and the abrasive sand particles provide a stable anti-slip surface;
• Door interlock function
  The guide can only work when the vehicle stops running and the door is open to prevent accidents caused by the extension of the guide during vehicle operation;
• Manual emergency function
  In the event of an emergency when the vehicle loses power or fails, the guide can be manually retracted into the box;
• Stop function when encountering resistance
  When the guide encounters resistance of no more than 150N during the extension process, the movement of the guide can be stopped.
• Weight sensing
  When the platform is extended, if an object weighing more than 15kg is pressed on the platform, for safety reasons, the guide plate stops moving; at this time, the buzzer sounds and the light is on;
• Sound and light alarm
  The guide plate is equipped with an audible alarm and flashing light warning throughout the operation to remind nearby personnel
• Circuit protection function
  When the motor is short-circuited or the power supply is reversed due to wiring errors, the product circuit can be protected from damage;
• Sleep low power consumption
  In the sleep standby stage, the static current equivalent value is <0.2mA, which reduces vehicle battery loss.
